Pistachio Ice Cream Sandwich anyone?

We’re on a bit of a pistachio kick! House-made pistachio rose ice cream between two of our shortbread cookies, rolled in crushed pistachios. Such a fun, cold treat for a hot day!

It’s a day for burgers!

We made our own version of one of our very favorites- the Cheesy Western.

Housemade yellow relish, egg, and American cheese on a potato bun. Add a lil drizzle of Texas Pete on it for some pizazz!

~Pistachio Pionono Shortcake~

A sponge cake rolled up with white chocolate pistachio butter and honey whipped cream. Topped with macerated strawberries in rose water 🌹 🍓 This combo is absolutely perfect!

Sweet Treats Today!

The pistachio alfajores were a success! So delicious- stuffed with dulce de leche and pistachio butter, and topped with pistachio bits and rose petals 🌹

~Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits~

James whipped up some chocolate pudding and topped it with peanut butter pie filling, chocolate fudge sauce, whipped cream, and peanuts. All over a cookie crumble crust. Yummmmmm!
