A happy pupdate! 💕🐾

Poor sweet Sadie ended up needing emergency surgery yesterday! So just as James was opening the restaurant, I called him and he came right down to take us to the emergency vet.

She came through the surgery with flying colors, and although she’s pretty sore, she is doing great. This week has been really tough, but we’re SO thankful to have a happy outcome!

Thanks to everyone for their thoughts, texts, kind words, and understanding about us closing up for the past several days- it really means a lot to us.

I just picked Sadie up from the vet a little bit ago, and now she’s resting on the couch, exactly where she should be. We love this little gal more than anything in the world and we’re so happy to have her home with us 💗🐶
