Quick update for everyone. Had a few issues we didn't realize so it has slowed us down. However we are rolling forward and plan to open next week. As Calak's at kicaster. Today is cooler removal day, which is a learning curve as we have never taken a walk in cooler down. But progress is progress. Thanks everyone for the patience.
