Meet the 𝙇𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙪𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙖, a creamy little tropical number made with non-distilled rum, coconut, lime and pineapple, finished with a lime and cherry on top.

There’s something about brewing with fresh hops that makes the whole process feel a little more alive.

These Centennial hops came to us fresh from Crosby Hops, still carrying that bright, green character you only get for a short window each year.

We opened the box, passed a few handfuls around, crushed the cones between our fingers and let the aroma fill the brewhouse before they ever touched the tank.

𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺 𝘶𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘥.

Then came the fun part.

Handful after handful went into the brew, turning an ordinary brew day into one of those days that reminds us why we love making beer in the first place.

A crop grown somewhere else, harvested at just the right moment, shipped our way and eventually worked into something we get to pour here in Adkins.
