FOC Restaurant (โ€œfocโ€ = โ€œfireโ€ in Catalan) is fruit collaboration between Michelin-Starred Chef Nandu Jubany and a group of local Spain-aficionados, delivering the authentic Barcelona flavours in Singapore. Located in a refurbished shophouse and designed by famed multi-disciplinary, Barcelona Studio Lagranja Design, you will be greeted with a busy open kitchen and cocktail bar where the Chefs and Mixologists work together to bring you the best tapas & sips.
