She is a deep red colour, and she carries a slow numbing heat that will leave your tastebuds tingling and your insides warm. This is our housemade Mala hotpot base – made with aromatic sichuan chillies layered with a secret blend of fragrant spices.

What does it go well with? Pretty much everything, but we especially love adding tofu puffs for that flavour explosion.

We got sarah bagharib • emcee, speaker & coach to *ungatekeep* her ultimate hotpot and grill game plan as a regular at JING 🙌🏻

We tried her sauce combo and she was so right, it’s super yummy and goes well with anything and everything:

- coriander
