Discover one of Singapore’s hidden heritage dishes! Laksa Siglap is a rare, deeply flavorful coastal Malay recipe that takes a lot of time and effort to make right.

Instead of a thin broth, it features an incredibly thick gravy made from flaked mackerel fish and deeply toasted coconut paste (kerisik). Every spoonful gives you a taste of traditional, old-school coastal kampong flavors that are really hard to find anywhere else these days.
