Business in the front, party in the back. Or, in our case: burgundy in the front, burgundy in the back. 🍷 When we first chose this wine red, it was meant for the interior and it didn’t take long before it found its way upstairs too. Safe to say we’re a little obsessed with how it turned out, for a little SIT—SIP—STAY situation.

FUN FACT NO. 2: 🫒 we take our olive oil seriously

It comes from Provence, one of France’s most iconic olive-growing regions. The same place that gives us some of the wines you’ll find on our list. Turns out, sunshine, Mediterranean winds, and generations of people obsessing over good ingredients make a pretty great combination. The result? An olive oil that’s fresh, rich, slightly peppery, and dangerously good.

Here’s our recommendation: don’t wait for your food.
Ask for bread, pour the olive oil. Rip, dip, repeat.

Yes, you are still in the heart of the city, yet once you sit down, the smell of the surrounding aromatic plants immerses you into the familiar atmosphere of a garden and instantly activates that vacation state of mind.

Designing the rooftop of one of our favorite restaurants came with a special feeling.

The concept revealed itself naturally once we drew the 3D layout: a symmetrical terrace with all the seating arranged in a U-shape, leaving an airy central space that allows the hosts to move freely.

The complementary relationship between nature’s greens and our monochromatic red approach is, of course, purely intentional. Rather than overwhelming the space with an excessive list of finishes and textures, the design places the focus on the food & the experience.

Your nervous system is simply happy, for no (apparent) reason.
