This edition features a chef who leads a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, guided by a philosophy rooted in impeccable sourcing and a thoughtful, low-waste approach. Ingredients are prioritized from within a very small radius: seafood is sourced exclusively from Croatia, arriving within 24 to 48 hours of being caught, while meat, grains, and vegetables come from local farmers committed to organic and sustainable practices. The set menu format allows only what is needed to be stocked each day, guaranteeing both freshness and the highest quality, while honoring a deep responsibility to nature by avoiding over-exploitation and waste.
The L’Atelier team is closely involved throughout the event, ensuring a seamless flow and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
