To our neighbors in Calincamasan, San Juan and nearby places❤️

Our little spot Lufika Hills in Sitio Alfonso also took some damage from the recent storm, but we’re still here and we want to help in any way we can.

We’ll be sharing our small generator today from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM for anyone nearby who needs to charge their phones or small devices.
Just drop by no need to ask, we understand how hard it is to stay connected during times like this.

Please bear with us as the place is also affected, but we’re doing what we can. Medyo mahirap din papasok tyaga lang konti.🙏

Same day few years back..

This was the hustle and bustle we cherished every single day. The laughter, the conversations, the energy, it was all magic. 🌟

Before envy crept in, before the true colors of some were revealed. But we’re staying hopeful. Every setback is just a setup for something greater. We’ll find another good spot, one that’ll bring even more joy and memories. 💪 soon.

Quick update:

Lufika Cafe is now at Lufikahills campsite! Yep, we now have our own place – not just a cafe, but also a cozy bed and breakfast. Imagine enjoying your fav coffee with a stunning view of the rice field side of San Juan, La Union. 💚

And guess what? We’re just few minutes away from the famous tourists spots in Elyu! Immuki Island, man made forest 🌳 etc.

The fun times and coffee vibes you love are sticking around, just in a different spot. Your support has been awesome, and we can't wait for you to check out our new place. Get ready for more coffee, laughter, and realxing moments.

“Is it better to have had good thing and lost it, or never have had it?”

Hey wonderful Elyu family,

It's Josan, and I've got some mixed emotions as I share this update about our cherished Lufika Cafe. Our time here has been nothing short of amazing, filled with the warmth of your smiles and the comforting aroma of freshly brewed memories.

Unfortunately, we've encountered a hurdle in our journey. Despite pouring our hearts into Lufika Cafe and your unwavering support, the road is taking an unexpected turn. The landlord, for reasons we may not fully understand, has chosen not to renew our lease but just to extend with increase. It's tough news for us, and I want to be honest with you all.

To every person who stepped through our doors, to every laughter shared over a cup of coffee, and to those cozy moments that became part of our story – thank you. Your presence turned Lufika Cafe into more than just a place; it became a gathering of friends and a home away from home.

Though we're saying goodbye to this chapter, it's not the end of the story. We're actively searching for a new spot where we can continue the Lufika legacy, brewing up more memories and serving the coffee and treats you've come to love.

Please, let's not harbor any ill feelings towards our current situation. Life brings unexpected twists, and we're choosing to focus on the joy and gratitude that Lufika Cafe has brought us.

Keep your eyes peeled for updates as we embark on this new adventure. Your support has been our guiding light, and we're hopeful for more sweet times ahead.
