𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙐𝙨:

At BigBrew, we're passionate about crafting the perfect cup of milk tea for our customers. We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team and help us serve the best beverages in town!

𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨:

✅ Prepare and serve a variety of milk tea beverages following our recipes and standards.
✅ Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas.
✅ Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions.
✅ Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:

✅ Previous experience as a barista or cashier is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
✅ Basic math skills for handling transactions.
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
✅ Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
✅ At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
