Another exciting shed home taking shape! 🏡🔨

Matt and Ben from the RN Building team are making great progress on this project. Inside, the grooved ceilings and ply walls with negative detail joins are now being installed, creating a warm, modern finish.

Outside, the combination of LMA timber cladding and 5 Rib Colorsteel® is coming together beautifully, giving this shed home a striking, low-maintenance exterior that will stand the test of time.

We can’t wait to show you more as this build continues to come together.

We’re excited to be kicking off this new granny flat build in Geraldine for some fantastic clients.

Ryan and his team built my garage. Cannot praise them highly enough.
Ryan had everything organised, demolition of the old garage, asbestos removal, electricians, drainage and concrete work all sorted.
Timely build and on budget.

Progress rolling on nicely at the baxter build with the thermally broken windows now fully installed, Ply Eco Barrier wrapped around the exterior, and cavity battens being fixed off ready for the Colorsteel cladding.

This stage is all about making the home weathertight, energy efficient, and built to handle New Zealand conditions for years to come. The thermally broken joinery helps reduce heat transfer and condensation, while the cavity system behind the cladding allows airflow and drainage to protect the structure long term.

Once the Colorsteel starts going on, this home will really start to show its final look. Plenty of detail going into this one and the RN Building team are proud to see it all coming together. 🔨

Concrete floor poured and frames standing on the Downs build 🙌

Another tidy project completed by Mitch and Scotty 🔨

New 30m² garage completed, featuring 5-rib Colorsteel cladding, a Dominator garage door, and ply-lined interior walls for a practical, hard-wearing finish.

All finished off with a new concrete parking area.

Thanks to Waihi school for choosing to work alongside the RN Building Team.
