Yes, that is Lolly Cake Pie.

And yes, it tastes as good as you think.

A thick, chewy layer of Lolly Cake. Velvety vanilla cheesecake. A layer or pineapple compote. Topped with vanilla mascarpone. Garnished with Lolly Cake slices. And finished with coconut.

A light, fluffy, chewy slice of childhood (and adulthood) heaven.

Apparently there’s some debate as to whether Twix is a cookie or a chocolate bar…
