For this week's Sweet Sunday Pie, we've whipped up something special.

This week's pie is made up of a lemon crisp cookie base, no-bake cheesecake with crystallised white chocolate folded through, lemon curd and vanilla whipped cream, finished with lemon crisp cookies coated in white chocolate and burnt butter. Each slice is garnished with caramelised almonds and candied lemon.
