Latte art’s pretty foolproof with this method. 🤘☕️

Especially when you factor in the trips to and from the car having forgotten each piece of kit.

Pretty sure the one is legit 📖 .

We love our single origin coffees — from the Honduras Marcala to Colombia ANEI, El Salvador Monte Sion and what’s in the works (but we can’t share yet).

And yet, when it comes to a full-pictured, round flavoured cuppa at home or in our café, it’s taken us some time to dial in our first proper blend in the form of Steezy Rider.

So, check it out in store, and enjoy the flavour notes of two of our best single origins combined.

Brewed right here, in our Wānaka mountains.

A Colombia x Honduras blend dialled in for a perfect espresso at home.

Blood orange top notes w/ pomegranate, dark choc and plum wine bottom notes.

Ask for your next coffee ‘Steezy’ and you can try before you bring a bag home. 🤘 ☕️

It’s nice to get away from it all.

Sometimes it be like this. 🤷‍♂️

Oh, and best brewed, and unbitten! (Unless that’s your thing).

For the uninitiated, a natural process is when you dry your coffee bean while still in contact with the outer skin and mucilage of its surrounding cherry.

You ferment the bean inside the cherry and its natural sugars, and get a more full body, more intense notes of fruit, and the resulting bean can taste punchier and more syrupy.

Our Honduras from the Marcala region is one such variety. And thus, we roast it in a way that enhances those characteristics.

On the other hand, a washed process will clean the coffee beans and strip it of the berry — ensuring a crisp, clean tasting cup.

The focus here is on clarity, and you’ll taste the qualities of the bean alone and its citrus, floral or more subtle notes, un-altered by the cherry and its sugars.

Our Colombia ANEI (ANEI) bean variety is processed this way; and thus the crispness of the blood orange taste is preserved as a top note — even when blended with the Honduras.

And that’s a little more about our limited edition Steezy Rider Blend, available through Winter at The Little Brewer.

Just ask for ‘Steezy’ in your next coffee and check it out!
