Omkar's popcorn chicken taco is topped with a refreshing slaw doused in a sesame dressing, chipotle mayo, and garnished with pickled onion.

He's paired it with tallow fries absolutely loaded with chorizo pork mince, gooey shredded cheese, and housemade gravy.

This week, Chef Omkar is mixing it up with some fresh takes on the classics.

First up is a chorizo taco, topped with a zesty aioli, pickled onion, and fresh parsley. Tangy, a touch spicy - totally delicious.

You may have had kumara fries, but this salty sweet snack is sure to hit all the sweet spots. Kumara fries topped with sweet and sour sauce and a dollop of sour cream make for the perfect addition to the table. We won't judge you if you make this one your whole meal. 😉

Dessert? Breakfast? B**r? Try all of the above. Meet the Smooth Mocha-rator: A creamy, vanilla-y blend of VAI Vodka, Baileys, vanilla liqueur, and Chocca cold brew, and Smooth Operator. Cold as ice, smooth as hell, and absolutely not sorry about it.

Expect explosive waves of ripe peach, caramelized pineapple, and bright tangerine.
