iBg Weekend Coming Up!
Firstly, we will be playing the final day of that Annual 4 Week top 2000 songs Countdown (that I can’t mention by name because I don’t pay for the rights) all day Friday until its conclusion around 7pm.
Then from 3pm Saturday it is our Annual Oktoberfest!
Food, Beer, Music, and just some good old fun from 3pm until 9pm!
Don’t forget, you get to keep your stein!
Then on Sunday, for the first time, we have one of our ex staff members coming back to sing for you all!
griergoodallmusic can be seen most weeks at the Southern Farmers Market busking on a Sunday, and this week she is playing an acoustic set here for our Sunday Sessions! Grier was this year’s Intermediate Good Guitar Award Winner, and is definitely someone to keep an eye on as she makes her mark in the music industry!
So please come along and support this young talent, and let’s help kick start her future!

It’s a bit of a disheartening feeling to put your blood, sweat, and tears into something, only for someone else to come along who thinks they’re entitled to it more than you, even though they haven’t done anything to deserve it.
Last night we were broken into.
I’m not going to make a song and dance about it, thankfully the alarm system did its job. And I’m confident the cameras will give us a good look at who they were, once the police go through the footage.
I just hate seeing the way this country seems to be heading lately, where so many people seem to think they deserve something they haven’t worked for.
And rather than get off their ass and put an effort in, they just choose to take from someone else……

Anyway, onwards and upwards!
Oktoberfest is only a week away now, so if you haven’t got your ticket yet I suggest you get to it!
If you can’t get them online, then reach out either by message, email, or phone, and we will get it sorted for you!

The extremely talented Kayla Mahon | NZ Country Artist teamed up with Gold Guitar Winner Simon Thompson to bring you an afternoon filled with amazing acoustic tunes!
This is the last time they’re scheduled to play here this year., so DON’T MISS OUT!
I’ve been in the kitchen playing with croissant pastry too, seeing how it pairs with brisket, cheese, and gravy. And boy oh boy, they pair very well indeed.
How well you ask? You’ll have to come in on Sunday and find out for yourself!!

Available through the link in our website, or you can come in and purchase directly.
If you have trouble with the website as it doesn’t take all cards apparently, you can direct message me here or flick me an email and I can send you our bank details for you to pay online too.
Tickets are limited to the amount of Steins we have, and don’t forget that your ticket price includes the Stein for you to keep, and your first fill!
Top ups will be $25 per liter like previous years, and we will have all the usual suspects on the Tap List, as well as the Food Menu!
Marquee on the lawn, and live Oompah Music from a brass band!
Time to gear up in your Lederhosen, and spread the CHEER for all things BEER!

I’m running out of room on the Wall of Shame, and yet there is still no one on the Wall of Fame!!
This challenge will be available until Sat night at this stage, and then it will disappear for a short period while we deal with Father’s Day, and then Oktoberfest.
Come October it will return, but I think I’ll have to change it up slightly and see if we can make it a little bit easier.
Whilst it is a “Challenge”, it’s not meant to be impossible.
I am running out of time slots this week too, so if you really want to attempt this burger before I change it, then best flick us a message, email, or call to book your spot before they’re all full!

With everything that’s been going on these last couple of weeks I completely forgot to mention that
THIS WEEKEND IS A SUNDAY SESSION!
The incredible talent of Saelyn Guyton is joining us again for another awesome acoustic Sunday!
From 2pm tomorrow come and relax in the warmth of the bar and listen to some acoustic covers, pick your favorite from the Tap List and Bar Snack Menu, and leave your worries behind for 2 1/2 hours of bliss!
