Proud moments wrapping up our catering for the King's High School 'Pasifika Welcome' back in March!

🥰As always, it was an absolute joy working alongside Jenny and Kala. Appreciate the opportunity to serve our pasifika community again.

On the menu, we served up our crowd-favourites: lamb curry, chicken chop suey, fluffy rice, fresh garden and coleslaw salads, and those glorious, freshly baked pani-popo buns!

❤️A massive shoutout to our incredible children for stepping up, wearing our branded uniforms with pride, and helping out Mum's business. You all looked the part!

Throwback to March 2026.

Sweet Revelations had the privilege of catering for the Otago Polytechnic Pasifika Student Welcome 2026 and the launch of Lalanga, their Strategic Framework and Action Plan, introduced by Director of Pasifika Acheivement, Litea Ikahihifo.

It was absolute honour to share our Pasifika flavours with tauira and community.

We were able to showcase more of our pacific island inspired cuisine which included: Sapasui, coconut curry, mainaise, fresh raw fish, taro and panipopo.

A big shoutout to the Otago Polytech catering kitchen who complemented the spread with delicious meats and fresh salads. I heard the roast meat was a hit!🎉

Fakaaue lahi to Litea and her dedicated team for having us. We truly value our partnership and look forward to working together again soon! 💙

Small in numbers, and big on community spirit!

It was such a warm evening at Taieri College for our high school visit catering. We served up chicken sapasui, pork chow-mein, potato salad, fresh garden salads, and of course, our crowd-favourite pani popo.

So grateful to Jenny and Kala for the ongoing partnership. We have a few more exciting events ahead to showcase with the POPO team and can’t wait to share with you what’s next!

And peep our daughter and sons helping with table setup and serving the pani popo, one bun at a time. 🥰

This shift allows us to focus on the details that matter... like our artisan Pani Popo dough and our market-fresh seafood.
