Restaurant Month is here at Sails.

For August, we have created a special four-course dinner menu for $75 per person.

Start with a selection of Sails starters, including house baked focaccia, duck croquettes, crayfish broth, and Te Kouma Bay oysters.

Then choose your entrée, main, and dessert, with dishes including snapper ceviche, goat’s curd, locally sourced beef, market fish, crème brûlée, and warm chocolate brownie.

It is a full Sails dinner, made for the season and only available throughout August for dinner only.

It carries the story of a woman who took over a Champagne house in the early 1800s, when women were rarely allowed to lead, let alone build one of the world’s most enduring names in wine.

Madame Clicquot changed how Champagne was made, how it travelled, and how it was understood.
