There is nothing quite like our traditional Locro to warm the soul 🔥 This is a slow-simmered, thick stew that captures the true essence of South American comfort—packed with tender flank steak, fresh chorizo, pork belly, and pig trotters.

🍖 We balance all that richness with earthy pumpkin, leeks, and a hint of fresh spring onion, then serve it piping hot with crusty warm bread to soak up every last drop. It’s not just a meal; it’s a long-standing tradition meant to be savored 🍷

📍 Warm up with us at El Sizzling Chorizo Locro Available this week 🇦🇷

Forget everything you know about standard burgers. We’ve gone full sirloin, El Sizzling Chorizo style 🔥 🇦🇷

Every cut is grilled over open flames for that signature smoky depth, then layered with our zesty chimichurri mayo 😍, gooey melted provoleta, and the perfect crunch of pickled red onion—all tucked into our custom-grilled warm bread 🤩

Forget the flowers 🫣 This is the Mother’s Day gift that actually sizzles. 🔥

Our 200g Eye Fillet is a masterclass in balance—premium, lean beef expertly grilled over our traditional wood fire to capture that deep, smoky soul 😍

Paired with the cool crunch of house-made coleslaw and golden, seasoned wedges, it’s a refined way to say "Thank you." This weekend, give her a seat at the asado that she’ll actually remember 🇦🇷🍷
