Started by "Pop" Washer, it is still run and managed by the same family. This makes The White Lady, the oldest and longest running mobile food business in New Zealand and one of the last few Pie Carts left. Serving World Famous burgers with a recipe that has not changed for years, the ingredients used are as fresh as they where in the fifties. Most people visiting or living in Auckland can tell a story involving the White Lady. Share yours and help make this page special. Join The White Lady team and learn at New Zealand’s longest-running food truck and burger business!

Gearing up for the summer season, we are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to fill casual and part-time positions.

Whether you’re experienced in hospitality or completely new to the industry, we have a place for you.

Locations: Central City & Events around Auckland

Hours: Mostly evenings and late nights, 7 days a week

The Role: A mix of line work, food preparation, and customer service.

Requirements: Applicants must currently have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

Our burgers are cooked to order using only fresh premium ingredients. Beef and bacon is free farmed and NZ raised. We only use fresh free range chicken in our chicken offerings and produce is handpicked by us daily from local markets.
