Mother’s Day Special｜Rose Oolong & Bloom

This Mother’s Day cake is built around rose oolong tea,
layered with soft and refined flavors:
Rose oolong chiffon as the base, paired with rose oolong cream and Jinxuan oolong cream, balanced with pink guava jam and fresh lychee for a light, fruity finish.

Elegant, subtle, and lasting—just like her.

This year, we’ve also collaborated with Starry Studios florist to offer a cake + bouquet set. The bouquet features three bunches of yellow carnations and a stem of lily, wrapped in clean white tones—simple, warm, and timeless.

今年的母亲节蛋糕，以玫瑰乌龙为主轴，层层堆叠出轻盈而细腻的风味——
玫瑰乌龙戚风蛋糕，柔软细致；
玫瑰乌龙奶油与金萱乌龙奶油交织出花香与茶韵；
夹层是清甜的红心芭乐果酱，点缀新鲜荔枝，带出清爽果香。

整体风味不过分张扬，却耐人寻味，就像她一贯的温柔。

今年也特别与 Starry Studios 花艺师合作，推出蛋糕＋花束组合。
花束选用三束黄色康乃馨，搭配一束百合，
以白色包材包裹，简约、干净，也更显温馨。
