🔥📖 Let me tell you about the night I let the menu win.

I stepped onto the 10th floor at 1Olive 🌿, no plans, no reservations (metaphorically – always book, trust me). The sunset was doing that thing where it turns The Strand into liquid gold. 🌅

Then I opened the menu. And suddenly, I wasn’t just hungry. I was on a mission.

🥩 From the Grill – I spotted the Grain Fed Ribeye, pure and charred perfection. My friend went for the Local Pork Tomahawk, because why not? We added a Peppercorn Sauce and Wild Mushroom Ragout on the side. Two sides each. No regrets.

Before that? Beef Carpaccio with citrus vinaigrette and walnuts. Then, Grilled Calamari, cherry tomatoes, herbs, and olive oil. Elevated flavours. 🦑

And because balance is a lie, we shared a Penne Pistachio Pesto, with sundried tomatoes and stracciatella. Creamy. Crunchy. Dangerous.

🍷 We washed it all down with a Primitivo di Manduria. And for the finale? Warm Chocolate Cake with kumquat & salted caramel, plus hazelnut ice cream. Pure bliss.
