Hammett's Monastik, in collaboration with Marsovin, invites you to an exclusive wine pairing dinner, celebrating seasonal flavours and Maltese winemaking heritage.

Join us on Wednesday 6th May at 7:30 PM for an intimate dining experience, where a carefully curated seasonal menu is thoughtfully designed to complement a selection of premium Marsovin wines, featuring Cassar de Malte, 1919 White, Antonin Blanc Riżerva, Cheval Franc, and Ġuże Zibibbo Passito.

Rooted in a commitment to sustainability and local sourcing, the menu highlights Maltese ingredients at their peak, expressed through a refined, produce-led approach.

We did it 🏆 Responsible Tourism Development Award: Best Catering 2025.

Congratulations to Hammett's Monastik - winner of the Responsible Tourism Development Award: Best Catering 2025 at the Malta Tourism Authority's second edition of the Malta Tourism Awards!

Hammet’s Monastik reflects a modern interpretation of Europe’s monastic traditions through a structured sustainability strategy focused on local sourcing, waste reduction, and responsible operations.

Through food waste tracking, nose-to-tail cooking, and preservation techniques, it strengthens local supply chains. This commitment led to recognition through the Horeca Zero Waste Program and EcoCook certification in 2025, an international standard supporting sustainable sourcing and energy efficiency. EcoCook provided a targeted framework and goals such as increasing organic produce and sustainable fish, using organic eggs, introducing a fully organic dish, and expanding ecological cleaning products, reducing emissions.

The use of technology and staff training further enhance efficiency, guest experience, and innovation so that culinary heritage can be blended with forward-thinking practices.
