We use ethically sourced and wherever possible local ingredients creating food and drink to make your mouth water! We are Flour, a Jersey based patisserie specialising in modern, bespoke cake design. This means that every cake we bake is one of a kind. We hand decorate our cakes and cupcakes for all occasions. Our widely popular contemporary cake designs use fresh flowers, lace, edible gold and silver leaf and fresh fruits. Flour HQ shop and bakery is situated at 90 Central Market, Beresford Street, St. Here, you will find our full selection of bakes. Come and have a look and we're sure you'll agree that they look great and taste even better! We also have a concession inside De Gruchy, 50-52 King Street, St. Helier, Jersey. Where you can find an entirely different and exclusive range of cupcakes and other treats. We also offer a bespoke ordering service incase you’re looking for something in particular.

Our new trending cakes range has just dropped and we can’t wait for you to see them.

When we were designing these, we wanted to make sure our Jersey gals (or guys) have the best ‘Instagrammable’ cakes (not a real word in the dictionary btw) to celebrate your special days.

And because everyone has different tastes, our designs come in different variations too… whether your an espresso, classic olive or passionfruit martini girl, we’ve got you covered. 🍸

AUTUMN HAS ARRIVED AT FLOUR

Cosy season has officially begun at Flour, and we’ve been cooking up something very special for you. 🤎

We’ve taken some of our favourite nostalgic Autumn flavours and turned them into four seriously indulgent iced latte & matcha specials with all of our syrups made 100% from scratch upstairs in our pink kitchen.
