Harvest season is in full swing.

Our apples are being picked right now, which means fresh apples on their way into your next Sparkling Rocco. Josef's out in the orchard as we speak, picking them by hand, one by one.

What's better than a proper South Tyrolean Marende at Weinsepphof - Speck, cheese, fresh bread with an ice-cold Sparkling Rocco on the side? Not much, honestly.

And with Törggele season creeping up on us already, we're basically counting down the days.

Can't quite believe it's that time of year again. 🍂🌰

Back in spring, we showed you the apple blossoms here in Lana, that soft pink covering the whole orchard. Josef and his father were out there almost every day, checking on them.

Fast forward a few months and those same trees are now full of apples, ready for harvest. It's easy to forget how much time actually sits between a blossom and a bottle, months of quiet work nobody really sees.

Harvest season is here. 🍎

September evenings are already getting a little cooler, but that hasn't changed our routine one bit.

Still out there with a glass of Rocco, and one thing that's absolutely non-negotiable: our apple chips right next to it. Some combinations just don't care what season it is.

Okay so this became our new date night thing and I’m not mad about it.

Order takeout, dim the lights, pour two glasses of Rocco and just talk for hours.

No pressure to go out, no next-day regret, just genuinely good time together. Sometimes staying in is the whole plan.
