Mezzelune di ricotta e spinaci con fonduta di parmigiano e salvia 🤍✨

Ci sono piatti che sanno proprio di casa.
Questi sono così: cremosi, caldi, rassicuranti. La ricotta è delicata, il parmigiano dà carattere e la salvia profuma tutto quanto 🌿

Poi aggiungi un bicchiere di rosso, una tavola apparecchiata e il tempo sembra rallentare 🍷
