Our Story

Savy, Vivek and Biju started their journey together in 1st JUN 2011. Tired of the stressful Techie job, they decided to do something entirely different from their current line of career. They thought of many ideas. Farming, a multi functional car-shop-car-home shopping cart and finally settled on a beautiful unique resort in Wayanad.

Every week they go to Wayanad hoping to find out the best land for their resort. They have explored virtually around 50 properties, before they found the current land in Valiyapara, near Vythiri in late 2011.

Registered the land in 2012. There onwards they worked hard to convert their dreams to reality. Savy, a Product designer, by profession took over the overall design to the minutest details.
