Salad game strong this winter! 🥙 Highlights from our winter salad workshop. I used all the winter ingredients to created amazing salads and dressings.
I explored a lot while making menu as I wanted to do refreshing light salad to go with any warm soup, wanted to created salad bowls to complete your meal requirement.
Experiments a lot and created unique dressings like Amla honey dressing with sweet potatoes to give sweet and tandy flavour but to make it more appealing on palate added grilled peppers and pickles jalapeños so that it get spicy kick. Added soft cheese to balance everything.
