Since 1895, the father-son relationships at B Bhagat Tarachand have shaped our beloved eatery. From Tarachand and Khemchand Chawla to Khemchand and Prakash Chawla, and now Prakash Chawla with Vishal Chawla, each generation has contributed to our legacy of culinary excellence.
Prakash Chawla upholds the ethos of "food first" — taste, quality, and freshness guaranteed, just as he ensures at home. "The same raw material that gets used in my restaurant is used at my home," he says.
Vishal Chawla, the fourth-generation restaurateur, plans to honour his father's legacy by maintaining these high standards while introducing modern management practices and innovative technologies. His vision includes standardising operations and expanding into new culinary concepts.
