Gubbeen chorizo, romesco, charred shish*to peppers and perfectly poached eggs, finished with chilli, sesame seeds and fresh dill. Served with toasted sourdough.

A little something special on the coffee front in Dun Laoghaire ☕️

On filter for the next while, we’ll be serving Rosalía Perez, from the Jaén region of Peru - with notes of pear, dried fruits and caramel.

And on the bar this weekend only, we have Teamwork, all the way from Tolima in Colombia - a gorgeous, full-bodied cup with notes of chocolate and cherry.

Both from Calendar Coffee and both very, very good.

We’re delighted to be hosting a Coffee Cupping with our friends Pinecone Coffee at Bibi’s Dún Laoghaire.

Come along for a guided tasting of a selection of Pinecone coffees - taste, compare and learn a little more about what goes into a really great cup of coffee.
