Over two special nights, joined hands with of for a collaboration that celebrated contemporary Indian cuisine through distinctive regional influences, exceptional ingredients, and refined techniques.

The bespoke menu brought the vibrant spirit of Hong Kong and Mumbai to the table, creating a thoughtful exchange of flavours.
