The Priory is a small, luxury, country house hotel in South West Dorset, located on the River Frome in Wareham, near Studland and Poole. Join us on Friday 30th October as live saxophone fills JJ’s Speakeasy, our hidden cellar bar beneath The Priory. Settle into a leather sofa, choose a cocktail and let the evening unfold.

Make a night of it with our Charcuterie Experience, £50 for two, including two cocktails and a sharing board of Dorset cured meats and cheeses. Or join us for the music with an Evening Pass at £10 per person, with drinks available to order at the bar.

Here’s what’s happening at The Priory and a few things worth adding to your October plans.

JJ’s reopens on Friday 30th October, with a live saxophonist, drinks and charcuterie.

Join us for the opening night and settle in for the start of a new season at JJ’s.

Every Thursday from 9:30am to 11:30am, a welcoming group gathers at The Priory for a morning of bridge.

Whether you’re a regular player or simply looking to meet a friendly group of fellow enthusiasts, all are welcome.

Every Friday from 4pm to 6pm, join us for drinks and a little something to enjoy alongside them.

The perfect way to ease into the weekend, whether you’re staying with us or simply joining us for the evening.

Start the weekend with an hour of yoga at The Priory, every Saturday from 9:30am to 10:30am.

A peaceful way to begin the morning, surrounded by the gardens and riverside setting.
