🎉 HEATH'S 60TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS START TONIGHT! 🎉

Back in 1966, two remarkable things happened...

🏆 England won the World Cup.

👶 Heath was born.

To be fair, we're still debating which was the bigger achievement! 😂

Sixty years on, Heath is still going strong, England are still trying to win another World Cup, and tonight we're celebrating both!

📣 Staithes Festival of Arts & Heritage is looking for friendly volunteers 🤗

📆 Friday 11 to Sunday 13 September

The festival is a cultural highlight of the region, celebrating the creativity, heritage and unique character of the beautiful coastal village of Staithes. As a volunteer, you'll play an important role in creating a warm welcome and ensuring visitors have a fantastic experience.

Volunteer roles include:
⭐ HQ Base - visitor welcome
⭐ Lifeboat Station - event stewarding
⭐ Village Hall - event stewarding
⭐ Programme sales and visitor counting

You'll receive:
👕 A Staithes Festival crew T-shirt
🚗 Free parking
👋 Plenty of opportunities to meet new people and be part of a friendly, supportive team

No previous experience is needed, just enthusiasm and a welcoming smile! You'll be greeting visitors and artists, supporting heritage and music events, helping with visitor engagement and enjoying the buzz of a fantastic community-led festival.
