⭐️ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT⭐️

Due to a change in my work pattern, from 2nd November, the following changes will take place at Hidden Gem:

🧁I can no longer offer boxes of 24 minis or 6 standard size cupcakes - the minimum order quantity will now be a box of 48 minis and 12 standard size.
🧁Monday to Friday collections will be available after 7pm only
🧁Weekend collections will still be available subject to me being free around family commitments etc

I understand this will be disappointing to lots of you, especially when you only require a small amount of cupcakes, but sadly this is just not viable for me as a business anymore. For special occasions I will still offer the smaller amounts, but unfortunately not one off orders - so sorry!

Thank you for your understanding with this big change, I value every single one of my customers and hate to upset anyone. 😘

Love Gem xx

It was so lovely to take these New Home cupcakes to a customer’s daughter as a surprise when she moved into her new home with her family last week!
Wishing them all lots of love and happy memories in their new home.

Thank you to several of my lovely customers and friends for baking such yummy treats for me so I could hold my Macmillan Coffee morning at Henbrook House yesterday! I am so grateful for your kindness and generosity! 🥰

We raised a total of £144.67 across cash and online donations which is great. The residents and visitors we had said the cakes were beautiful!

The online link is still open for any more donations, however big or small.

Morning lovely customers & fellow baking friends!

As some of you may know, my husband was diagnosed with adrenal cancer in May. It’s been a pretty tough summer for him and us as a family but we are keeping positive!

In light of this I am arranging a Macmillan Coffee Afternoon at my workplace - Henbrook house - on Friday 25th September (which is also my birthday! 😀🎂)

Here’s my big favour - if anyone is able to make me any cakes or bakes for us to offer for the event, I would be eternally grateful. I can collect around St Neots on the Thursday afternoon or evening. I would be so happy with anything you can offer!

Can anyone help a girl out please?🙏 😘
Thank you xx

I can’t believe that 15 years ago today I launched my little cupcake business! 🥰

I started Hidden Gem when my eldest son was just 5 months old (he’s now in Year 11 at school!), making a few orders a month initially, and it’s just grown and grown! I gain new customers every month and have some lovely customers still with me, continuing to place orders after 15 years which is just wonderful! I started in Cambourne and I still have lots of customers from there who drive over and collect their orders!

Thank you all, as ever, for your wonderful custom, continued faith and appreciation for my work. It means so much to me and my little home based business, because without my amazingly loyal customers, there wouldn't be Hidden Gem! ❤️

Thank you so much and here’s to many more years of cupcakes heading out of my kitchen to their new homes! 😘🧁

Yesterday I had the pleasure of making standard size and mini cupcakes in 6 different flavours for the beautiful wedding of Jemma and Michael.
I was also lucky enough to be a guest at the wedding so could see people enjoying cuppies after a yummy BBQ! ❤️

Morning!
Due to an over bake error on my part, I have three boxes of 4 for £5 vanilla cupcakes available today! In fact, as I don’t want to be left with them I’ll even do all three boxes for £12!!! That’s a steal for Hidden Gems!
Collection would be after 11.30am today.
Please let me know if you’d like them and help a girl out! 😉😋
Thank you

As some of you may know, the last few months have been a bit stressful and crappy personally, so next week I am going to have 5 days off to chill out and not think abut cupcakes! I have continually baked throughout this period, not cancelling any orders, so it’s time for a little break and refresh I think 🥰

Therefore, my last remaining availability before I put my mixer away for a bit is this Saturday and Sunday.
After that I’ll be back making orders from Saturday 22nd August.

Let me know if I can help ❤️🧁
