Wow what a few days it’s been it was our 5th birthday and we took part in the Abstorm 24h challenge with both bootcamps sessions and helping keep Peggy Sue (spin bike) going for the duration of the event.

I would like to thank Hidden Gem Cupcakes for making my cute celebratory cakes, the lovely plant from PandaEats, some lovely bunches of flowers from my closest friends and thank you for all the lovely comments, congratulations and donations made by friends and customers over the weekend.

I’m eternally grateful for all the support and custom you have showed me over the last 5years I am truly blown away.

🎉 Don’t forget… it’s our 5th BIRTHDAY tomorrow! 🎉🥳

Lil and I will be on Station Square from 2:30–6:30ish, celebrating 5 whole years of Little Dutch Bites! 🥞❤️

☕️🥤 Any drink — hot, cold or iced — just £1 with any portion of Poffertjes! And if you only fancy a drink, pop down anyway… I might just have a little birthday treat for you too! 🧁😉

We’re also supporting the Absolute Storm Fitness 24-Hour Challenge this weekend, raising money for three fantastic charities: Ehlers-Danlos Support UK, Children’s Burns Camps and Parkinson’s UK. ❤️

I’ll be donating a minimum of 10% of tomorrow’s TOTAL sales to the challenge, and my charity pot will be out for anyone who would like to add a little extra. Every penny is very gratefully received. 🥰

🎉 A busy and very special week for Little Dutch Bites! 🎉

This week we’re celebrating our 5th birthday 🥳❤️, so you’ll find me on Station Square Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon — with all drinks just £1 with any portion of Poffertjes purchased on Friday as a little birthday thank you! 🥞☕️

Then this weekend the Poff trailer is having a rest while Raymon and I swap Poffertjes for press-ups 😅💪 and take on the Absolute Storm Fitness 24-hour Bootcamp Challenge in Priory Park, raising money for three amazing charities.

What a fantastic day we’ve had at Little Gransden Airshow today! ✈️🧡

We were absolutely blown away… quite literally! 😂💨 by the Typhoon fighter jet flying overhead — WOW, what an incredible machine! 🤯✈️ And there were so many other amazing aircraft and displays throughout the day.

Such a brilliant local airshow and yet another wonderfully organised event. A huge thank you to everyone involved in putting it together, and of course to everyone who stopped by Little Dutch Bites for their Poff and coffee fix! 🥞☕️🇳🇱

But there’s no rest for Mumma Poff… because tomorrow we’re BACK at Party on Potton! 🎉

🏃‍♀️⚽️ MONDAY = SPORTS DAY! ⚽️🏃‍♂️
There’s loads going on at Henry Smith Playing Fields — sports clubs, the 5k-ish run, dog walk, golf simulator, bike trials, climbing wall, live music, food court and plenty more.

And naturally, I’ll be there with the Mini Poffs (aka the kids), serving Poffertjes, coffees, chais and other hot, iced & cold drinks to keep you fuelled! 🥞☕️

Then next week it’s back to Station Square on Wednesday & Friday — weather permitting ☀️🤞 — and Friday is a little bit special because IT’S OUR BIRTHDAY! 🎂🎉🥳
