💛 CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF OUR DEAR JUNE 💛
It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share the sad news that one of our most kind, caring and dearly loved locals, our Juney, has sadly passed away.
June was so much more than a customer here at The Ploughboy Inn. She was part of our Ploughboy family. Her wonderful smile, kindness and character brought happiness to so many people, and she will be deeply missed by all of us who had the pleasure of knowing her. 💛
June’s family have now arranged her funeral, which will take place on Wednesday 23rd September at 11:30am at Glynn Valley Crematorium.
Following the service, everyone will make their way back to June’s favourite local, The Ploughboy Inn, from around 1pm, where we will come together to celebrate her life, raise a glass and share all those wonderful, funny and precious memories that made June so special.

June wanted everyone to come dressed in bright, cheerful colours — and if you can, wear a little (or a lot!) of her favourite colour, YELLOW 💛🌻
This isn’t just a goodbye. It is a celebration of a truly wonderful lady who touched the hearts of so many.
Our thoughts and love are with June’s family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.
Rest peacefully, Juney. 💛
