Thank you to everyone who has sent cards & flowers, shared stories/memories and left kind words. It has been truly comforting during this difficult time.

We have now organised a date to come together and celebrate the life of Brian.

Brian’s granddaughter has set up a donation page to help the family give him the celebration of life he truly deserves.
Brian meant a lot to so many people in our community, and we want to do him proud. If you’re able to contribute, no matter how small, it would mean the world to the family during this difficult time.
Thank you for your kindness, support, kind messages, flowers/cards and for helping us honour his memory ❤️

It is with great sadness that I have to announce that my father Brian Pritchard passed away today after a short illness with his family at his side.

The pub will be closed till further notice to let the family and staff take time to grieve and make arrangements.

Thank you to everyone for all your support and understanding at this very difficult time. I kindly ask that you respect the families privacy at this time.

RIP Dad you will be missed immensely ❤️🇬🇧
