Final day of our Everything-Must-Go Pop-Up... 🥳

Yesterday was amazing with a queue at the door, and a shop-til-you drop extravaganza that would have had Dale Winton screaming for joy 😃🛒

📣 Pop-Up Alert!!! 🥳

So..... we've just about come down from the amazing high, that was our last weekend!! 🙃🙂😄

Many of you have been asking what the plans are with all our stuff?? So, we will be running a Pop-Up Up 'Everything-Must-Go' Shop this weekend, from midday Sat & Sun...

Think 😫 meets 🇸🇪 meets 🇮🇹

Our usual shop items such as Double-Zero Flour, Tuscan Sausage, 'Nduja, Scamorza & Bufala Mozzarella will feature, as well as our Gluten Free Bases. We have also frozen down and vacuumed our last batch of pizza dough, so you can enjoy one of our pizza bases at home.

We have Wine, Cider, Peroni & Italian Soft Drinks as well as a huge amount of branded and non-branded glassware, crockery and knick-knacks. We have stuff you didn't even realise you needed 🤩

We're also listing our film posters, lamp fittings, planters and bar furniture, all which will look very lovely in your newly refurbished living rooms, kitchens & gardens 🏠 🌾

Gelato will be available obvs, but no coffee so grab yourself one from come on over 💟

Well Sale, what can we say?.... Our final day of service has arrived. Lots to celebrate from an amazing 5 years of Joy 😃, Pizza 🍕, Aperol 🍹 & Gelato 🍦... oh and Table-Footy ⚽️....

Your support has been amazing since we announced our closure and you've made the last 2 weeks phenomenal 💟

We've had lots of enquiries about bits of memorabilia: planters, photos, film posters, light fittings as well as gluten-free bases, friarielli, nduja, glassware, stuff ... so give us a few days to catch a breath and we'll post about our plans.... maybe a final 'everything must go' pop-up shop?? 🙂

We just want to say a HUGE thank you for all the messages of support we have received since announcing our upcoming closure. It means so much to us all.

It has not been an easy decision as a business, but we felt that operating for a further 5 years is just simply not viable. Hospitality is a tough gig these days and many of our colleagues in the industry have felt it these last few years. So this is us taking control and bowing at the right time.

We have genuinely loved being at the heart of the community and breathing life back into Waterside Plaza.

So.... 2 more weeks to enjoy us whilst you can.

After almost 5 years of operating our lovely Pizzeria at Waterside Plaza, it is time to bring things to a close. No sob stories... we have had an amazing time being part of this wonderful Sale community and bringing a slice of Rome to M33.

We cannot thank you enough for your support since we launched back in 2019 - from our opening party, through lockdowns, and all the celebrations, parties and family occasions we have had the pleasure to host.

It has also been a huge pleasure to partner with Waterside Arts on many occasions, especially Pride in Trafford and supporting the many activities held on the Plaza. The community spirit has been phenomenal.

Our biggest thanks and recognition must go to all our team members - both past and present, who have been with us on this incredible journey - they have been just amazing at delivering exceptional service and food to our guests over the years.

Our final restaurant service will be on Sunday 13th October. So.... between now and then we hope to see as many of you through our doors as possible, to ensure we go out with a bang... just how we came in!

Events run from 10.30am in The Chambers with a 2 hour Yoga Rave

The activities start in the Plaza from midday thru until 6.30pm 🥳.... the sun is out 🌞 and the sky is blue 💙
