Say hello to 'BIG BOOM'

I'm sure we'll come up with a better name for her, but for now we are just excited to get started on designing and building the new Boom van, having learned so much from the current set-up.

Improved work-flow is the dream. Less elbowing each other out of the way for drawer access, no more doing loops of the van to refill the coffee beans. A more reliable engine is also a benefit 😅

Off-road wheels, roof rack awning and obviously a bright yellow glow-up are a few external changes to expect.

ETA winter 2026... watch this space ☕🚐💛

Okay, so after days of painstaking testing 😉, we've decided on this collective of boozy coffee drinks for the Nottingham Independents' Castle Beer Festival.

We will be using premium brand spirits, and if you didn't already know, we use award winning coffee beans from so you are in for a treat!

Don't worry though, if what you really want is a non-alcoholic pause from all the amazing beers, we've got you. We love a Flat White, but have you tried an 'Aerocano' yet?

If you haven't heard we will be at Nottingham Independents' Castle Beer Festival on Fri 24th-Sat 25th April 🙌

Loads of independent breweries showcasing their incredible brews, fantastic street food and live music!

We will be serving all our speciality coffees, matcha, chai, hot chocs, teas and coolers, with the addition of some 'ADULT ONLY SPECIALS'

Full boozy drinks menu pending, but here are two of our favourites:
