WE’RE RECRUITING – FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

We are currently looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Front of House team member to join our team.
Hours: 20–25 hours per week, with occasional additional hours available to cover staff holidays and absences.
The Role:
As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive a welcoming, friendly and professional service throughout their visit.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Handling cash, processing card payments and operating the till system.
• Serving food and ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant and bar areas.
• Opening and closing the restaurant, including relevant daily procedures.
• Working independently and confidently managing the Front of House area when required.
• Supporting the wider team during busy service periods.
The Ideal Candidate:
✅ Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant is essential.
✅ Must be confident working alone and taking responsibility for the Front of House operation.
✅ Have experience with cash handling and till operations.
✅ Be reliable, punctual and well organised.
✅ Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ Be able to remain calm, professional and efficient during busy periods.
✅ Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
