Bar Supervisor
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Polly’s Social – Mold Town Centre, Flintshire
Hours: Full or part time
Salary: ÂŁ13.20 per hour (ÂŁ20,592 per annum based on 30 hours)
Polly’s is a thriving craft brewery expanding into hospitality with Polly’s Social, our high-end taproom and restaurant in Mold. We serve fresh Polly’s b**r, homemade food, coffee, spirits and more, creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for our customers.
We’re looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our tight-knit team and help develop the venue, our people and the experience we offer.
Who you are:
● 2+ years’ hospitality experience at supervisory level.
â—Ź Confident working across bar and restaurant environments.
â—Ź Passionate about customer experience with a positive, professional attitude.
â—Ź Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
â—Ź A team player who can also use their own initiative.
â—Ź Strong communication skills and confidence leading a team.
â—Ź Experienced with cellar management, stock control, rotation and ordering.
â—Ź Comfortable with cashing-up and closing procedures.
â—Ź Able to maintain high standards of service, hygiene, food safety and compliance.
â—Ź Confident developing cocktails and introducing new drinks.
● A strong brand ambassador with a genuine passion for Polly’s and our products.
â—Ź Full, clean UK driving licence with flexibility to travel where required.
â—Ź Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills.
Key responsibilities:
● Supporting management with the day-to-day running of Polly’s Social.
â—Ź Supervising, motivating and developing the team.
â—Ź Maintaining excellent service and operational standards.
â—Ź Managing stock, suppliers, cellar operations and ordering.
â—Ź Ensuring EHO, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
â—Ź Supporting social media, content creation and promotion where appropriate.
â—Ź Taking responsibility for closing procedures when required.
