After last year's success, our much-loved summer BBQ returns on 8th August...

This year we will have live music from the talented S.O.L - inspired by Latin America, Blues and Soul they are bound to get people moving💃

There will be loads to keep the children entertained, including arts & crafts, music from Djambe Tots, and we will feed them for you too, so you can enjoy some well-earned time off.

If you can't make this one, save the date, as our final BBQ of the summer will be on 29 August.

The line-up for the Mells Fun Run & Music Festival is here… 🏃‍♀️🎶

One of our favourite days of the year in the village returns on Saturday 11th July.

Whether you’re taking on the full 5k, heading out for a brisk walk, toddling along with the children, or simply joining us for an afternoon of great music, food and fun - everyone is welcome.

The day begins at Mells Nursery from 11am, with the route winding through the beautiful Mells Park Estate. Afterwards, head back to The Talbot Inn for live music from & The Take Twos, BBQ food, family activities and a raffle.

As ever, the event raises funds for Mells Nursery, with all proceeds going directly back to support the nursery.

Adult tickets are £20, which includes both the run and entry to the music festival.

We’d love to see lots of familiar faces and hopefully some new ones too.
