Reasons to buy from an independent business.

- YOU get more for your money. Both items in this picture cost Ā£3. I know which one id be choosing.

- In a small cake shop like ours majority of produce is hand made in house, which means minimal ingredients and no nasty chemicals and preservatives added.

- Your money stays in the UK, if you donā€™t already know thereā€™s tax loopholes for large corporations to send money abroad meaning a lot of them avoid paying corporation tax here where they actually make there money. A small business doesnā€™t have that option and pays corporation tax here in the UK. As well as that, we support other small businesses - accountants, UK suppliers, other local business around us.

- It tastes 100% better. We taste tested this the other day and although I donā€™t usually shout about how great our products are as I like to leave it up to you guys to decide, there was simply no comparison. The one on the left tasted artificially sweet and low quality.

I could go on, thereā€™s plenty of other reasons but I think the pictures speak a lot for themselves.

Open TODAY SATURDAY 17th OCTOBER

Good Morning Folks! We have two of our fresh cream brioche buns on today!

If you donā€™t know we make our brioche bread in house completely from scratch, no ā€˜just add waterā€™ bread mixes over here šŸ¤© made with flour, eggs, water, butter a little sugar and fresh yeast and enriched with real butter and a little salt.

Both buns are filled with fresh cream, raspberry jam and we have one topped with milk chocolate and one topped with icing and sprinkles.

Best eaten on the day to enjoy at their freshest but if you want to keep it for a day or two later we recommend transferring them to an airtight container and keeping them in the fridge. Limited stock available, come early to avoid disappointment.

Come down and see us open from 10am - 3pm or until we sell out ā™„ļøā™„ļø
