The wait is officially OVER! 🎉 Our brand-new menu launches TODAY at The Sheldon Arms, and safe to say… the team have already found a few favourites. 🤤

New dishes, new flavours and plenty of reasons to come hungry. 👏

🥾 Sophie & Scott are hitting the Ale Trail! 🍻💚

Next Sunday, our Assistant Manager Sophie and Head Chef Scott are swapping the Sheldon Arms for their walking boots as they take on the JW Lees Annual Ale Trail, raising money for the incredible Teenage Cancer Trust. ❤️

They’ll be starting at the JW Lees brewery in Middleton before following the Rochdale Canal into Manchester, stopping off at a few familiar JW Lees pubs along the way, before joining the Bridgewater Canal and finishing at The Bridge Inn in Sale.

That’s 15+ MILES of walking for an absolutely brilliant cause. 🥾👏

Although judging by this photo… Sophie appears to have misunderstood the assignment and is already planning on hitching a ride for at least 14 of those miles. 😂😭

Scott, we hope you’ve been training your shoulders as well as your legs. 🤣

We’re super proud of them both for taking on the challenge and raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust. 💚🍻 Every little bit of help counts, so if you’re able to donate, please do! ❤️

🍼💙 We’ve got some very exciting news from Team Sheldon! 💙🍼

Our lovely Assistant Manager Leah and Sous Chef Charlie are expecting their very own little bundle of joy! 🥹👶✨

And this weekend, they got to celebrate their gorgeous baby shower right here with us at The Sheldon Arms, surrounded by their family and friends. 💙

What better place to celebrate one of our own?!

Apparently Charlie decided to take a little break from baking Yorkshire puddings and started baking babies instead… 🤣😭

We couldn’t be happier for these two as they get ready for their biggest adventure yet. There’s already so much love waiting for the newest (and definitely tiniest) member of the Sheldon family. 💙
