3 cake flavours 😋. 300 big kids to feed (adults included) 🍰. 1 massive fun day celebrating 10 years since a nursery in Hertfordshire opened its doors and arms to the community 🎉.

I was reminded just how collaborative the creative process is when crafting perfect treats for your clients. Listening to their vision and using that as your North Star.

Many cakes were baked and assembled. All that’s left to decide is which team are you on?

This oblong cake brought an added touch of extravagance to the already immersive milieu of this birthday event. An exquisite vanilla sponge cake with Swiss meringue buttercream filling, covered in chocolate ganache and bejewelled with red dragees and large red edible pearls. Finished with a few pearl garlands to complement 🔴
