Indian afternoon tea, Bhel puri, Dhai Puri, pani puri, chicken tikka skewers, paneer tikka skewers, chicken tikka sandwiches, roasted veg & hummus sandwiches. I love Chaat and what better to have it with than masala chai, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam, the most indulgent brownies and strawberry & creme patisserie genoise cake. The best of both cultures fused together perfectly.
