This , we’re recognising the importance of creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and listened to 💚
At Berkeley Scott, we’re proud to have multiple across the business who are there to offer support, guidance, and understanding when it’s needed most.
Nick, our Regional Director, shared why becoming a Mental Health First Aider was important to him:
“I became a Mental Health First Aider at Berkeley Scott because I believe people perform at their best when they feel supported, valued, and listened to. As a Regional Director, I see first-hand the pressures people can face both personally and professionally, and I wanted to be someone colleagues could turn to for guidance, support, and understanding when they need it most.”
A reminder that sometimes, simply being there for someone can make all the difference.
