For Campo Viejo Wine’s limited-edition collaboration with Spanish artist Carlota Pereiro, we helped transform The Stables at Unit X into a celebration of flavour.

Through an immersive series of tastings and artist-inspired painting experiences, guests were challenged with a bold interpretation of sip and paint - bringing the story behind Carlota’s bottle to life.

Swipe to assemble your Hokey Pokey 🍯

Originally revealed as a surprise during an intimate dinner for 60 at our client’s country estate, The Hokey Pokey was designed to bring together two places close to our client’s heart through seasonality and playful nostalgia.

At its heart sits Hokey Pokey ice cream – a beloved New Zealand classic traditionally made with vanilla ice cream and crunchy honeycomb toffee. Our interpretation paired local Sussex honey with mascarpone and cured egg yolk to create something familiar yet entirely new.

One of five individual components inspired by the gardens surrounding the estate at the height of summer, each element celebrated Sussex honey in a different form – building a narrative of place and heritage.

1. Mascarpone and cured egg yolk ice cream with brown butter cake, honey mousse and crumbled honeycomb.

2. Summer honey jelly set within a Michaelmas daisy.

3. Blossom honey cake with Ivoire chocolate, bee pollen decor and delicate sugar flowers.

4. Shards of crisp Hokey Pokey honeycomb.

5. Bee pollen wafer with rich panna cotta and seasonal tagetes.

Step inside this year’s Summer Exhibition Preview Party.

Responding to a brief centred on interconnectedness and community, we created a menu that balanced the classic with the avant-garde, using exceptional seasonal produce, bold colour and texture in beautiful – and sometimes unexpected - combinations.

Guests explored a series of food experiences throughout Burlington House, from fresh British seafood and elegant ‘British Tapas’ to a ‘Summer Flavours’ station inspired by the vibrancy of the season and this year’s stunning works.

A big thank you to the Royal Academy of Arts for yet another wonderful celebration empowering diverse creativity, connection and community.

Spotlighting a guest favourite from our canapé menu: Sea bass with micro puffed potato, tartare sauce and pea shoots, on printed edible newspaper.

This homage to a British classic honours sustainable produce from our land and sea, and those nostalgic trips to the coast which form some of our earliest (and fondest!) foodie memories.

The canapé’s salt & vinegar base and serving tray offer endless possibilities for personalisation, making it the perfect way to add an extra touch of branding or messaging for your event.

1. Ceviche citrus cured seabass, orange, basil, red chilli.
2. Octopus terrine, smoked eel, apple, sepia.
3. Loch Duart salmon, pickled spring vegetables, quail’s egg, mustard.
4. Courgette flower, Caprine cheese, quinoa, nasturtium flower.
5. Welsh lamb loin, spring peas, truffle potato, raw yoghurt, grelot onions, pea pod emulsion.
