Negroni Week is officially here 🍊

We’ve been celebrating all month with and bringing a dedicated Negroni menu to participating Evolv Collection restaurants throughout September.

Earlier this year, our bar teams came together at Campari Academy to create their own take on the classic, with three standout serves selected for our month-long menu alongside the original.
