In Lebanese homes we usually have carob molasses and tahini mixed as a spread for breakfast. It's creamy, velvety and blends the deep roasted sweetness of carob molasses with the nutty richness of tahini. It tastes similar to a less-sweet, more earthy version of chocolate and sesame combined, with hints of malt, dates, and toasted nuts.
