GATEKEEPER 4.1% the mysteriously dark but less powerful counterpart to yesterday’s post, this one is so nice and rich, powerfully roasty with a calming sweet background 🍫

Centennial is a classic American hop, bred in 1974 and released officially by Washington State University in 1990👨‍🦳

Know for its piney, citrusy fruit flavours it works super well with this 6% snappy West Coast, full flavoured but still nicely feathery in body 🪶
